America's Best Dance Crew Finals

Last night we watched the finals to America's Best Dance Crew. There was no doubt that the Jabbawockeez were going to be crowned the winners. From day 1 they absolutely destroyed the competition down to the last nite. The only team that stood a chance was Kaba Modern, and they were robbed of the chance of competing in the finals when they were forced to battle Jabbawockeez in the semifinals because Status Quo mircalously received the most votes that week. Don't get me started on that...but I do have my theories about how that happened...let's just say that the Asian vote was divided that week between Jabba and Kaba. Anyways, congrats to the Jabbawockeez for earning the victory. In the words of AC Slater last nite, "West Side!"

was out roaming around blogland, bored and doing the 'next blog' thing when I stumbled in here. I'm going to have to agree with you on this whole post... i was rooting for kaba modern myself.

completely irrelevant to your post: my husband passed on your wedding day... a testament to the fact that life goes on. odd that i stumbled in here too.

cheers to a long happy and healthy life for you and yours!

Sorry I missed it--would have loved to have seen Kaba perform. That wouldn't be UCI's Kaba Modern, would it?

Yes Jean...that would indeed be UCI's Kaba Modern...I thought of you when I first heard they were on the show...I thought you would have been watching the episodes all this time. You should set your DVR (if you have one) to record all the re-run episodes or just catch everything on Youtube. All you really need to watch are Kaba Modern and Jabbawockeez. Were you technically part of Kaba Modern for that one year you performed in their PCN to that Planet Soul song?

Hey Er, finally got around to watching some of the Jabba's performances. All I have to say is "Wow!" As for being in Kaba Modern, the answer is "no way!" My dancing is definitely not up to par.
